Considering that there is a sizable contingent that finds Sarah Palin’s message attractive, I don’t know what kind of a chance he has. I also shudder to think of the smear campaign from the left.
aka a “rino”
he isnt fooling anyone. someone who was nominated (and won the popular vote) to be vice president and a democrat doesnt just become a republican
I think we may see a third party by 2012 led by McCain and Lieberman. There are too many senators, on both sides of the aisle that just don’t fit in such as Susan Collins, Ben Nelson, Olympia Snowe and Arlen Specter. I am sure there are more.
Although Lieberman is Shomer Shabbos and a
strong Israel supporter, there are many
problems associated with his political
philosophy. First, in my opinion, his
opportunistic proclivities at the expense
of principle.
Notwithstanding his nominal affiliations
with Orthodox Judaism, his support of
“Toeivah” relationships, his support of
partial-birth abortions and espousal of
statist solutions in the realm of economics
make him an unattractive candidate.
(He is a Hebrew version of McCain. He’s
not the type the country needs at this
time when it is now politically possible
to stop the Obama train wreck.)
“I haven’t given it much thought” Yeah right! funny. He didn’t stop thinking about this question! Midvar Sheker….
the third party will be run by the true sensible bipartisan politicians of our era: Bloomberg, Schwarzenegger, lieberman, mccain, hillary clinton, specter
