The Rambam wrote in “Igerres Teimon” that anyone who was present during Mattan Torah will always believe in the prophesy of Moshe Rabbeinu (and he will never have a child or grandchild who denies it). Since Korach himself was at Har Sinai, how can it be that he rebelled against Moshe Rabbeinu?
