Video, Photos: Rav Dovid Weinberger Addresses Asifas Chizuk for Vaad Harabbanim Linyanei Tzedaka Beretz Hakodesh

[Video and photos below.] Last night, an asifas chizuk for the Vaad Harabbanim Linyanei Tzedaka Beretz Hakodesh, known as Kupat Aniyei Eretz Yisroel, was held at Bais Pinchos in Lakewood. Divrei pesicha were heard from Rav Moshe Oelbaum. The guest speaker was Rav Dovid Weinberger, rov of Khal Shaarei Tefillah in Cedarhurst, who has visited Eretz Yisroel and has seen firsthand the lifesaving work of Vaad Harabbanim. He spoke about his discussions with Rav Yosef Shalom Elyashiv and Rav Aharon Leib Shteinman about this most important tzedakah. The gathering was also addressed by Rav Malkiel Kotler, rosh yeshiva of Beth Medrash Govoha.

The event also featured a very brief video of Rav Aharon Leib Shteinman and a video titled “A Day in the Life of Rav Elyashiv.”
