  1. The problem is, that the Mi-Shebeirachs, that we make in the center of the Shul, in the middle of Davening, with the Sefer Torah open, is all idle chatter.
    I am a Gabai in a Shul of 150. The Mi-Shebeirachs evolved into pure social politics. For him, yes, and for the person next to him, no.
    It takes away our spiritual inspiration from the whole Davening.
    If we would have our inspiration, we wouldn’t have to be told not to chatter.
