Note that he says “L’hadlik Ner Chanukah”, ommitting the word “Shel”, which is al pi nusach HaGra.
BTW - that menorah box has an alarm on it - something I have never seen anywhere else. They got him the alarm for his menorah box after he received the silver & mahogony menorah.
