Senator Felder, that was a beautiful speech.
However, a parent who places their special child in an approved special ed school does not have to go through the same interrogation, year after year. The only time this is true is if a PARENT DECIDES THAT THEY WANT THEIR SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD SHOULD ATTEND A NON APPROVED SPECIAL ED SETTING.
