Video, Photos: Yeshivas Vilna Founded at Gathering at the Home of Rav Chaim Kanievsky

Yeshivas Vilna is set to open this coming Elul zeman in Moshav Achiezer. At the founding event of the yeshiva held at the home of Rav Chaim Kanievsky on Rechov Rashbam in Bnei Brak, Rav Zelig Braverman, son-in-law of Rav Chaim, read a letter in which Rav Chaim requests of Rav Mordechai Aderet, founder of the yeshiva, “to establish a makom Torah where bochurim will have the opportunity to master Shas b’iyun and with clarity.”

Heading the yeshiva will be Rav Reuven Wolpin, along with Rav Zelig Braverman, Rav Yisroel Edelstein, and Rav Nechemia Nordheim, who will serve as mashgiach.
