  1. Are mp3s of any speeches available? I was there but missed much of Rabbi Lau’s speech; others I might be be interested in hearing again.

  2. Sorry to be negative, but it is a sad commentary that it would seem that the first things people would like to see and hear are the song and dance and not the divrei Torah

  3. watching from our screen in Toronto the hush and awe that was heard at our place when we saw metlife was amazing unto itself. it was nice to be a part of metlife from far. kudos to all the techies who made the seamless transition for our superb audio-visual happen.

  4. Number 4 that is ridiculous. A speech could be heard anywhere 90000 people erupting in song for Torah and HASHEM I’m not sure has happened since Churban Habayis. Any one at the event will tell you THAT was THE most powerful part. Personally I NEVER experienced such a moment.

  5. I was most nis’orer when the singing started after the Siyum. Just like Rabbi Lau, I cried when the entire Tzibbur burst out singing and dancing together.

  6. Great to hear everyone had such a good time. People love gathering together in places of spiritual uplift and mutual respect. Peace has his own geometries and can encompass many things like prayer, song and dance.

Its sad to see that people don’t appreciate the simcha that divrei Torah bring. torah is NOT just an intellectual pursuit.
