Brooklyn, NY – Thousands gathered at Oholei Torah in Crown Heights to welcome 6 new Sifrei Torah on Wednesday.
The Torahs were generously sponsored by philanthropist Mr. Leonardo Farkas of Chile and were completed and designated for use at locations around the globe.
Singer Avraham Fried entertained and a children enjoyed a special program featuring singer Chaim Fogelman and other entertainment.
After the completion of the writing, the Sifrei Torah were led along Eastern Parkway.
