  1. What an unbelievable mesiras nefesh to fly such a long flight in not such good health. May the rosh yeshiva be matzliach in gathering sufficient funds to be able to keep the over six thousand people who learn in his botei medroshim going.

  2. There are no words to describe the Gadlus in all areas of the Rosh Yeshiva Shlit”a. His message is clear. Others who are out there raising money should listen to how a Gadol comes to raise money. If they would learn from the Rosh Yeshiva and see what real Mesiras Nefesh for their Yeshiva is and hear how the Rosh Yeshiva says over in the name of the Chofetz Chaim how they should reach out to their parents and donors perhaps they will be more matzliach.
