nypdIt was a violent night in New York City after at least 13 people were shot in incidents spanning each of the five boroughs. One of the shootings happened on Staten Island, where a man is fighting for his life after being shot in the face.

In Cambria Heights, Queens, 33-year-old Bronx resident Jason Bragg was found shot to death around 10 p.m.

A 10-year-old boy and a male adult were shot in Coney Island at around 7 p.m. on Shabbos.

One person was killed and two others were injured in a shooting at 92 Tapscott St. in Brooklyn.

Also in Brooklyn, a female was shot in the leg at 1780 Bergen St. She was taken to Kings County Hospital.

Four people were shot at Fifth Avenue and West 139th street.

In the Bronx, a male suffered a gunshot wound to his torso at University Avenue & West 195th Street.

  2. I’m confused! Didn’t our new mayor assure us that Stop & Frisk wasn’t good? He stopped it!
    This is the result! Horses in NYC was his first issue of concern! Oy, another 30 months of this guy!

  3. When you have an incompetent administration who is more interested in filling city coffers thru hitting its citizens with parking tickets and the like, what did you expect??? Everyone knew that “stop & frisk” was working. DeBlasio & Bratton decided its better to be politically correct over the security of its citizens it promised to protect!!! Deblasio is a rotten evil man!

    Why can’t they just let the cops do their job of keeping NYC safe, which they’ve so well for the past almost 20 years?
