Visiting a Bais Hakevaros During Nissan

Some have the custom to not visit a Bais Hak’voros (cemetery) the entire month of Nissan including on the Yahrtzeit of a parent. Rather, the visit should be scheduled for erev Rosh Chodesh Nissan because the neshama is present each erev Rosh Chodesh (and on the 15th of each month) as well. However, other opinions permit visiting a Bais Hak’voros in Nissan. {According to all opinions, one is permitted to visit the graves of tzaddikim to be mispallel during Nissan.}
