Watch: Foam Covers Philly Street

Large amounts of firefighting foam covered 2 Center City streets in downtown Philadelphia after a transformer explosion at a PECO substation this past weekend, a spokesperson for the Philadelphia Fire Department confirmed.

The foam was a part of the company’s fire suppression system that was activated after the explosion. He said that that substance is not hazardous.

    In the second video, the lady with the British accent seems to be only concerned about the fact that it’s not toxic & it won’t harm the environment. I guess Liberal is in.
