  1. If one sits in the middle of the street, blocking traffic, or is dancing, and doing the same, water cannon is a very mild way to remove the person. I am quite sure they would rather not have the mounted police use hooves and batons to achieve the goal, although police horses may actually be the best way of dealing with these ferd.

  2. Nu nu, at least they finally took a shower. At least they should smell nice, hopefully.
There was a funny scene, when the one sitting on the ground all the way to the right tries to get up and is blown in the air by the water cannon. Big mistake. As long gone as he would of stayed seated, it could never of happened. You need some air underneath in order to allow that to happen. It’s the same thing with SUV’s. Everyone things they are safer in a storm driving one of those behemoths than the average car or minivan. Incorrect. The suv’s because of its height off the ground, will turn/flip over much faster than a vehicle that is closer to the ground.

  3. Nebach. Are there really so many orphans in Yerushalayim with no parents to teach them how to conduct themselves as Bnai Torah? How sad to see the world press videoing the confrontation for dissemination around the globe. The chilul Hashem is massive and heartbreaking.

  4. How beautiful
That’s exactly what Chazal meant by דרכיה דרכי נועם
to sit down calmly on the street and block traffic.
The Tziyonim will appreciate us for not smashing the
store windows and walking out with a color T.V. the
    way it’s done in America

  5. So these boys got a shower before shabbos, and didn’t even have to pay for the water. Maybe that was the intent all along.

  6. Hey guys, I’m a 22 year old Yeshiva guy who’s parents made Aliyah ten years ago who is actually affected by this draft law that the Peleg is now protesting, all I have to say is that I’m sure you’d all be talking very differently if you were stuck in my position right now with the army running after you because you want to learn full time in Yeshiva.
My broader point is that although the protests might not be the best thing to do, as religious Jews we ought to identify more with the protesters who are closer to us ideologically then with the cops, non religious Jews of even non-Jews who we have less in common with.
Think before you speak, and please don’t judge if you really good no clue how this real law affects real people’s lives across the world!
I hope my point is well received.

    • On your terms even,All you care about is yourself

“Jews we ought to identify more with the protesters who are closer to us ideologically then with the cops, non religious Jews ..who we have less in common with”

Who refused to join religious Jews when it came to voting for mayor (when we could’ve gotten a more pro religious pro kedusha Mayor)?PELE”G

Who refused to join religious Jews when it came to voting for new Chief Rabbi?PELE”G

      C

    • You may very well be right but think about the consequences of having these videos being distributed around the world. I’m not speaking about this time in particular.
