  1. R’ Shlomo Yehuda is a tremendous Baal Tzedaka Vchesed with a huge heart. He cares about others and feels that he can inspire others as well. If you cant find room in your small hearts and brains to fargin him then don’t watch it. But please don’t block others from hearing his words of wisdom.
    Thank you

  2. to speak in front of the roshei yeshiva in english for 1 and a half hours. ?! and not talk not about succos not about the mir/ what shaychus

  3. While I don’t follow Matzav closely, I know that Mr. Rechnitz has undoubtedly raised the bar regarding the amounts of Tzedaka people give worldwide. Why would you have a problem if he continues to encourage people to give? What problem do you have with Matzav announcing multiple times that he is a Tomech Torah? You clearly cannot withhold your Sinas Chinam and jealously. So to you I write: ENOUGH!!

It almost seems to me that he owns this website and continues to proclaim himself incessantly. But let’s face it. He’s on all your WhatsApp chats, and by all your Shabbos tables. Matzav is just doing their job. Trying to get more readers.

You should probably find out in which ways, he helped you without you even knowing that he helped you before you smash him.

  4. You can bash and say all you want – but no one could have gotten my child into school the way he did. Respectfully and gracefully without any fanfare. He’s a very special person.

  5. This was an amazing and eloquent speech. He hit many points that effect our community in a profound way. Many deep lessons to be learnt from this. A truly amazing individual to have such a broad scope and understanding of the issues and solutions. Klal Yisroel is blessed to have him. Keep on your amazing work!

  6. Shlomo Yehuda Rechnitz is all about having a heart for needy person. I don’t have to agree with every last thing he does or says. But I do have to learn from him how to want to help others as best as I could.
