Sorry, a shul is a makom Kadosh, not a place for barn animals with straw on the ground. I’ve been in minyanim of converted barns used as a shul (ma’alin b’kodesh), but even l’kavod Purim, v’nehafoch hu has its limits. Disrespectful.
Listen. You can criticize many minhagim that seem disrespectful in shuls. Let’s start with Chanukah where in some places they throw towels at the guy lighting the menorah and besides can cause a fire. Second simchas Torah where at musef I don’t have to tell you what they do to the Chazan in some places. And what about the talking in shuls during davening.
Must be learning Chullin.
Not sure this is hallachicly permissible.

I don’t getit , even on Purim
They should have turned their dorm rooms into a barn. This is not so respectful for Torah.
Purim is known as a day of fun & games & ונהפוכו
I agree- I don’t think it’s kavod HaTorah. What’s going to be next?
The Rebbe clearly looked disappointed.

What about Rebbes throwing apples?
Don’t worry usually the dorms look worse than a barn
Didnt they bring animals into the bet hamikdosh? (I have to admit I didnt see the video )
