Brian Fallon is one of Hillary Clinton’s top aides. The following video shows him flashing his phone to a reporter.
Fallon seems to type a question that he specifically wants the reporter to ask. In this instance, it was a request to have the reporter ask Clinton about Trump’s “nasty woman” comment. She ignored the other reporter to answer that question.
The second half of the video shows Fallon texting another question to a different reporter.
