President Trump’s top spokeswoman said Tuesday it’s a “good move” for GOP Sen. Jeff Flake to not seek reelection.

“Based on [his] previous statements, and certainly based on the lack of support he has from the people of Arizona, it’s probably a good move,” White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders told reporters.

Sanders also derided Flake’s speech, given earlier today against President Trump, as “petty,” saying his “attacks” on the president were “not befitting of the Senate floor.” Read more at The Hill.

  1. Flake is a phony thru and thru. He is such a coward. The only reason he’s not running is because all the polls indicate that he would lose big time. He is a one term loser. Classic sanctimonious fraud.
