The White House and the House Select Committee on Benghazi are at a standoff over whether President Barack Obama should answer a series of questions about the 2012 terrorist attack in Libya that left four Americans dead, POLITICO reports.
Neil Eggleston, counsel to the president, blasted the committee for sending the president a list of questions about the attack — an inquiry the administration deemed inappropriate and a partisan attempt to frame the White House as uncooperative.
Eggleston has encouraged Obama not to answer the committee’s questions “because of the implications of his response on the constitutional separation of powers,” according to a letter sent Saturday to Chairman Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) and obtained by POLITICO.
“If the president were to answer your questions, his response would suggest that Congress has the unilateral power to demand answers from the president about his official acts,” the letter reads. Read more at POLITICO.

So we basically have no freedom of the press. Obama thinks he is above the law. But then again, so does Matzav. They also censor everything they’re to dumb & stupid to understand.
Shame on him!
His vow was to serve the American people!
We pay his salary, his wife’s outlandish vacations and we have a right to know!
Benghazi is very unfortunate but it has minor bearing on world events predicted to be coming in the future.
Still, we can be assured that any mishaps on communication or commands are safe to bet that history may find us some answers.
Even if Ms. Clinton is 100% negligent on some calling, it would behoove us to give her a second chance. In all wars, there are difficult times and difficult decisions and trust enactions.
Overall, I myself have few misgivings about Ms. Clinton and feel she must do her job to serve our nation. If she is running of course for president, I will consider her politics and her right to be making political reasoning and civic right restitution more important than her ability to wake up well at 3 am and make phone calls and give directives.
The world can not seem to be intelligent to assume that 3 am is the safest hour to expect any decision.
Doctors themselves take call and many have had many problems with the hours that they are not entirely in the most well mood or thought or asleep. You can not assume that Ms. Clinton is the wicked witch of the East because 4 people died in a horrible tragedy. The enemy meant it all.
Seems that the GOP has nothing to discuss among the politicians for political dialogue, rights for tomorrow’s commerce, tomorrow’s civic rights, civil rights, readings or right words.
Thus we live in a shame and blame culture of hate insanity which will not bring 4 men back to life, will not create better honor in Libya and will not defeat Terror. Just keep competent leaders from assuming a good office that an intelligent person can see may be well earned by the productive study and reasoning of a long career.
I can hope that this is just the worth of the negative being the overplayed by the ignorant. It seems that way. I want to move onto this year and not swell in the negative hate that keeps America from human progress.
Still, let the justice values take hold. Progress will be made with the comments and the discretion of those who keep rights close to human dignity.
Ms. Clinton seems to be doing quite well.
