White House Releases Menu For Working Lunch With Kim

President Trump, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and their advisors are having a three-course working lunch amid their historic summit, with the White House releasing the menu just before it was scheduled to get underway at about 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in Singapore.

The main course included beef short rib confit served with potato dauphinoise and steamed broccoli, and red wine sauce on the side. There was also sweet and sour crispy pork and Yangzhou fried rice with homemade chili sauce, as well as soy braised cod with radish and Asian vegetables.

Desert included a dark chocolate tartlet ganache, Haagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream with cherry coulis sauce and a tropézienne tarte.
