Lakewood, NJ – Matzav.com has learned that the Ocean County Health Department has received guidance from the New Jersey Department of Health that WIC clients can be issued vouchers dating back to October 1.
Although the federal government shutdown officially continues, the Ocean County Health Department is working to meet the needs of WIC clients, both new and existing ones.
WIC participants who have been certified during the past few days since the federal government shutdown but have not received their WIC voucher should contact the Ocean County WIC office at 732.341.9700 ext.7520 (Toms River) or 732.370.0122 (Lakewood).
