The AP reports that researchers excavating the remains of the notorious Sobibor Nazi death camps have uncovered a triangular pendant belonging to Karoline Cohn that appears identical to one belonging to famous diarist Anne Frank, the Yad Vashem Holocaust Museum said today.

Cohn wasa Jewish girl who perished at Sobibor and may have been connected to Frank, as both were born in Frankfurt in 1929 and historians have found no other pendants like theirs.

The AP says that the pendent has the words “Mazel Tov” written in Hebrew on one side along with Cohn’s date of birth, while the other side has the letter hey and three Magen Dovids. Researchers are trying to contact any remaining relatives of the two to confirm whether they were related.
