Yonason Rosenblum to Address Shuvu Gathering Tonight


rosenblum-colorRenowned author and columnist Yonason Rosenblum will be speaking this evening at a reception in Kew Garden Hills, Queens, NY, to benefit Shuvu. The event will take place at the home of Yossi and Aviva Hoch, 137-13 72nd Road at 8:30 p.m.

Rabbi Rosenblum, who resides in Yerushalayim, is a graduate of the University of Chicago, Yale Law School, and learned for 12 years in the kollel at Rav Tzvi Kushelevsky’s yeshiva and in Yeshivas Mir Yerushalayim. He is the director, spokesperson, and founder of Jewish Media Resources, an organization which attempts to clarify journalists’ understanding of chareidi society. His books include Reb Yaakov, a biography of Rav Yaakov Kamenetsky. He is currently finishing a biography on Rabbi Moshe Sherer, the famed Agudah leader.
