Carly Fiorina will appear in top-tier CNN Reagan Library debateThe National Council of Young Israel made the following statement today in response to a series of offensive tweets by Ann Coulter, a well-known conservative political pundit and social commentator, during last night’s GOP presidential debate, which had a seemingly anti-Israel and anti-Semitic undertone:

“Ann Coulter’s online rant, in she which referred to Jews using a derogatory term and criticized the Republican presidential candidates who referenced the State of Israel during last night’s debate, is appalling and libelous. Condemning presidential hopefuls for their stated desire to further strengthen the United States’ relationship with Israel, one of our closest allies in the entire world, is nonsensical and demonstrates a serious lack of understanding about international diplomacy and the foreign policy interests of the United States. Although she tried to justify her comments by stating that she was responding to what she viewed as ‘pandering’ by the candidates, Ann Coulter’s offensive and outrageous statements on Twitter are indefensible and inexcusable. The American people, the American Jewish community, the State of Israel, and the GOP presidential candidates all deserve a heartfelt, immediate and public apology from Ms. Coulter for her ill-advised decision to spew hatred by denigrating the State of Israel and the Jewish community.”

The Zionist Organization of America (ZOA) has criticized conservative pundit Ann Coulter for offensively anti-Semitic tweets during last night’s Republican presidential candidates debate. In the course of the debate, Coulter grew antagonistic towards GOP candidates speaking of the need to strengthen ties with Israel and assist her in potentially defending herself against a nuclear armed Iran.

She first tweeted criticism of former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee, Florida Senator Marco Rubio and New Jersey Governor Chris Christie’s support for Israel when answering the question — ‘What will AMERICA [Coulter’s emphasis] look like after you are president?” asking “How many f—ing Jews do these people think there are in the United States?” She also wrote, “Good Grief, Huckabee is running for prime minister of Israel.”

ZOA National President Morton A. Klein said, “Last night, Ann Coulter made appalling, anti-Jewish remarks which evoked the classic, anti-Semitic trope about Jewish manipulation of America for the purposes of supporting Israel at America’s expense.

“When GOP candidates speak of strengthening the U.S/Israel relationship which has been harmed by President Obama within the context of the need to ensure that Iran doesn’t go nuclear; to strengthen America’s hand in the world when dealing with vicious totalitarian enemies who seek the demise of the U.S., they are defending America’s interests.

“Instead, and for reasons best known to her, she chose to misrepresent their entirely legitimate statements as pandering to Jews. She was thereby essentially calling them dishonest — speaking out about the U.S./Israel relationship, not because they truly believed they should, but to pander to American Jews who, supposedly, are the key to the next election.

“The irony is that most American Jews would likely not vote for a GOP candidate, no matter how pro-Israel. The idea that the GOP candidates are insincere in their professions of support for Israel and are instead pandering to Jews, apart from being sinister and offensive, is also absurd.

“Ann Coulter is known for making harsh and sweeping statements, but I wonder, would she have ever dared spoken of ‘f—ing blacks’ or ‘f—ing Hispanics’?

“I doubt it. This shows that it seems to be becoming permissible to say anything about Jews.

“Ann Coulter was gratuitously offensive and anti-Jewish in her remarks on twitter yesterday. If such was not her intention, there is a simple remedy: she should immediately retract and apologize for her words.”

  1. #1 , “I agree 0 September 17, 2015 at 8:15 pm”, Why in the world should a Democratic politician have to answer for a far-right obnoxious borderline nutjob? Does Jeb Bush need to answer for Louis Farrakhan?

  2. Disconcerting
Not long ago she also made a comment (don’t remember the exact comment) equating to whining about the Holocaust! “My gosh, it’s happened long ago! Get on!” Similar verbiage to Madam Hillary’s explanation of her disinterest about Bengazi.

  3. Yads know Ann is just looking for the fear of the jew. She has no fear of G-d. I would hope that when she dies she can rest in comfortable peace. Learning that she needed help is obvious.

    Hustle bustle need and fate.

When Ann dies I will not be irate.

I will proudly remove my silk kippa and place it in her coffin.

She just wanted a jew to remember her fate.

  4. To comment #2:

I hate to tell you this, but Jeb Bush is not a Senator. Cory Booker who loves to quote Tanach & claims to love the Jewish people but yet stabbed the Jews in the back, IS!

  5. And yes she has mounted a campaign against Hispanics, she’s written books, spoken of Mexicans with so much hate that’s hard to understand the why. She, Trump and Sarah Palin are hateful people on a shameless campaign for self-promotion. Their hate for non-White, non-Christians is disgusting. Fox and the Republican Party bear responsibility for providing a space for them where they can promote their racist ideology. Shame of them.
