On Shabbos afternoon in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, two Jews were assaulted during an attempted stabbing incident. The attack took place around 12:30 PM at the intersection of Union St and Albany Ave when the assailant, without warning, approached one of the victims and tried to stab him in the neck with a sharp object. Fortunately, the victim managed to avoid severe harm. The attacker then pushed the second victim to the ground, injuring him, and proceeded to threaten others in the vicinity.
It appeared that the victims were specifically targeted due to their Jewish identity, as the attacker bypassed a non-Jewish individual to reach them. A bystander immediately alerted Crown Heights Shmira, whose volunteers responded quickly, apprehended the assailant, and held him until the NYPD arrived and took him into custody.
Hatzalah treated both victims for their injuries.

Why was the chose rolling around on the ground?
Since you took the liberty to open your mouth with a dumb comment instead of keeping it closed, i will take the liberty to address anyone who has stupid questions like yours. (Question in and of itself isnt stupid, context and method here, is).
The fight and flight response which sends a person into panic zone is both a tremendous benefit, but can work against a person.
That’s why soldiers and martial artists train for a long time to hone their actions into motions and maneuvers that assist and minimize error.
In this case, the yid reacted to his fleeing impulse but tripped, at that point, as most untrained individuals would, he was unable to regain his balance which required smaller, more nimble actions, as his panic compelled him to make larger and more erratic motions than what was effective in his situation.
This is a classic example of regular people in situations of panic.
A place were one sees this is in the case of an untrained victim who is being targeted by an assailant throwing punches. Instinctively, almost every human pulls their head upward and back away from the location, but a trained fighter knows that its more effective to pull down and in, while bringing hands to the side of the face…
Hope that explains things. Next time address your ignorance in a more appropriate place/fashion
I had the same question? What was he doing rolling around?
