Florida officials say they have identified an additional three victims of the Surfside tragedy.
Jay Kleiman, 52; Nancy Kress Levin, 76; and Francis Fernandez, 67, have been positively identified as victims in the Champlain Towers East building collapse.
Rescue workers are continuing their search for victims and possible survivors – they still consider their work a rescue mission – despite adverse weather conditions resulting from Tropical Storm Elsa.
