President Joe Biden proudly announced that his administration is overseeing the development of one of the world’s largest solar power plants. However, this solar plant is not being constructed within the United States, but rather in the African nation of Angola, Breitbart reports.
During his speech at the League of Conservation Voters Annual Capital Dinner, Biden remarked, “You know, soon—soon, Africa will have one billion people.” Despite his statement, Africa’s population actually surpassed one billion back in 2009 when he served as vice president in the Obama administration.
Biden continued to boast about his administration’s plans, stating, “We have plans to build… in Angola one of the largest solar plants in the world.” He chose not to delve into further details at that moment.
In line with this announcement, the U.S. Export-Import Bank recently disclosed a direct loan of $900 million to Angola. This loan aims to support the construction of two photovoltaic solar energy power plants in the country, as confirmed by officials.
According to representatives from the Export-Import Bank, these solar plants in Angola will facilitate the exportation of U.S.-made solar panels. “We are proud to participate in this significant project, which will enhance electricity access in Angolan communities through the utilization of clean energy technology,” stated Reta Jo Lewis, President of the Export-Import Bank.

Biden is cherished. By the hoax we have friends.
This however could help Africa. I doubt USA will do much in Angola to secure our own homes but what a nice think by pinko.
Make Angola Great Again
This “loan” will never be paid, And I don’t believe there are solar panels made in USA they all come from China.
