ACCIDENT IN SPRING VALLEY: Crash Involving Bus and Car Sends Passengers to Hospital

A school bus from Talmud Torah Nachlas Chaim Ribnitz in Monsey and a minivan collided on South Gate Drive in Spring Valley a short while ago. Both vehicles subsequently crashed into a home on 36 South Gate Road in New Hempstead, where the car flipped over, landing under the bus.

Almost two dozen people were removed from the vehicles and several patients were airlifted to Westchester Hospital from Boulders Stadium.

It is not clear how the accident developed.

Police, Hatzolah and Chaverim are at the scene as this story develops.

UPDATE:

In all, 21 people were removed from the vehicles and 9 of them were taken to the hospital, 2 in serious condition.

One child is in critical condition. All are asked to daven for Yehoshua Heshel ben Sosha. He  is set to undergo neuro surgery.

  1. DRIVING TO FAST…. People are always in a rush to get places not caring about others and themselves. ALSO Drivers are not courteous and don’t let other vehicles pass correctly.

  2. Nothing happens by coincidence. The Almighty is sending us a message to wake up! So many yidden have died since the jab roll out and many still refuse to connect the dots. Now in less than a month, we hear of Yidden tragically dying, ie woman in Flatbush, a mother hospitalized trying to save her child who drowned, terrorist bombing in Israel, now this. Wake up, people!
