House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., teased President Trump for breaking the “cardinal rule” of childish insults by changing up nicknames he uses against adversaries, including Schiff himself.

“This is nothing new. We’ve seen these kind of childish nicknames for a year and a half,” Schiff told CNN. “He is violating the cardinal rule of childish nicknames, which is you’ve got to pick one and stick with it.”

Trump has called Schiff a series of names, including “little shifty Schiff” and “little Adam Schitt.” He has also employed the term “little pencil neck Adam Schiff,” a nickname his 2020 campaign has slapped on T-shirts for supporters to purchase.

  1. (Tea Party PAC) – Former President Barack Obama’s DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson busted the liberal narrative on the border crisis wide open on Thursday, admitting that there is “truly a crisis” at the southern border.
“A little bit of context here. When I was in office in Kirstjen Nielsen job, at her desk, I’d get to work around 6:30 in the morning, and there would be my intelligence book sitting on my desk, the PDB, and also the apprehension numbers from the day before,” Johnson explained on an appearance with MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.”
“My staff would tell you if it was under 1,000 apprehension the day before, that was a relatively good number, and if it was above 1,000, it was a relatively bad number, and I was going to be in a bad mood the whole day.”
“On Tuesday there were 4,000 apprehensions. I know that a thousand overwhelms the system. I can’t imagine what 4,000 a day looks like. So, we are truly in a crisis,” he continued.
Johnson is not even the first Obama official to make this taboo statement about the migration crisis. Obama’s Border Patrol chief Mark Morgan expressed support for Trump’s border wall during an interview with the Law & Crime network, explaining that “the wall works.”
Johnson, meanwhile, makes a significant break from many Democrats who opt to deny there’s any border crisis in the first place, including 2020 presidential hopefuls like Sen. Cory Booker and Beto O’Rourke.
In February, Booker said that “If there’s any emergency at the border, it’s the one he created, the crisis he created,” according to an interview with Fox News, while in the same month O’Rourke told NBC News that he would tear down existing border walls if he could because it has not “in any demonstrable way made us safer.”
Sen. Kamala Harris has in the past called Trump’s emergency declaration at the border a “TV stunt,” according to the Washington Examiner.

  2. I agree with my fellow congressman. This is a gross violation and clearly proves that Trump was colluding with the Russians and then obstructed the investigation. Trump is an evil homophobic racist and should resign immediately. I plan on sending out another 832 subpoenas to any tourist who took a selfie in front of Trump tower in Manhattan.

  3. Schiff is guilty if treason and he complains about trump calling him what he is. The piece of human debris.

  4. So Shift and Dems are still swallowed by the mesmerising vortex of Trump”s commanding rhetoric.
No ideology, no basis of theme, today’s Democrats have already drowned in lack of identity or purpose.
