US billionaire Sheldon Adelson and his wife arrived for questioning on Monday as part of the Israeli police investigation into alleged underhanded dealings between Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Israeli media mogul Arnon “Noni” Mozes.
The Adelsons previously gave testimony regarding the corruption investigation known as “Case 2000” in May 2017.
The testimony of Miriam Adelson is thought to be the most significant as she has greater involvement in the running of the Adelson-owned Yisrael Hayom newspaper, which plays a central role in the investigation. Read more at i24 NEWS.
