Joe Biden thinks that around 10 to 15 percent of Americans are “not very good people,” but that the “vast majority of the people are decent” and want to get along with each other. The former vice president and presumptive Democratic nominee appeared to get his figure out of thin air during an online town hall event with some of his black supporters on Thursday night.
“Do we really think this is as good as we can be as a nation? I don’t think the vast majority of people think that,” Biden said during the event, which was hosted by actor Don Cheadle. “There are probably anywhere from 10 to 15 percent of the people out there that are just not very good people, but that’s not who we are. The vast majority of the people are decent, and we have to appeal to that and we have to unite people—bring them together.” Biden was discussing the importance of a president setting a good example for the nation on race issues, and accused President Trump of actively working to divide the country and making “the worst of us to come out.” more it at The New York Times.

What’s even scarier than the ridiculous things he says is the fact that he is the only candidate the democrats could find in this entire country to be their candidate. And, perhaps even scarier than that, is that there may be enough people in this country that may elect him. Time to think about getting out of here.

Joe only thinks that 15% of the nation are not very good people, failing to mention how many of those “not very good people support him.”
I think Joe Biden is losing his mind, saying silly things, but I don’t think this is a good example. He was just trying to make a point and maybe didn’t get it out in the most politically correct way possible, this is the type of thing that Trump would say.

Biden definitely included himself from the “not very good people” as he’s not around anymore because of his crimes against humanity.

Why has the DOJ and week kneed Rino’s in the Senate allowed the corrupt Joe Biden and his equally corrupt son Hunter, off the hook? They don’t care about Joe’s quid pro quo with the Ukrainians?
It’s sad that in our great country of 330 million souls, the best candidates we could come up with are Biden and Trump. Can we have a do-over, starting with a clean slate? There have to be more qualified people than those two.
