The following statement was issued by Agudas Yisroel of America following the Supreme Court’s decision not to review the 27-year sentence handed down to Sholom Mordechai Rubashkin case:
“Agudath Israel of America is deeply saddened by the Supreme Court’s refusal to review the case of Sholom Mordechai Rubashkin. Serious questions have been raised as to the fundamental fairness of his trial and sentence, and he surely deserved a full hearing from our nation’s highest court.
“It is noteworthy that a broad and distinguished array of legal scholars and experts have declared the case to be a miscarriage of justice. As such, the justices have sadly squandered an opportunity to right a terrible wrong.”

Whats the big Gedula to report the statement
Really getting surreal, and I’m getting scared.
Is there any hope bderech hatevah to do anything to help R Shalom , or is it time for a moifes ?
What do they want in shomayim? What is the message for Kllal Yisroel?
To comment #4. How are we supposed to know the answer to that?
We can’t let him sit in prison for 27 years when he did nothing wrong!
Did the Supreme Court release a statement explaining why they’re ignoring the miscarriages of justice pointed out by all of the congressmen/judges who argued that argued that it should be examined? Or is that hoping for too much?
If Gov. Romney is elected President:
Can he pardon and release Reb Sholom?
Can his newly-appointed Attorney General free him?
The same questions apply regarding Reb Yonasan Pollard.

Shomayim is waiting for TESHUVA & ACHDUS TO return to klal yisroel so Hashem can bring mashiach.
perhaps you can awaken klal yisroel up, cause no tragedy or sadness has brought klal yisroel any closer, as things go from bad to worse & just continue R”L
i wish you luck to wake them up, cause i continue with hardly any change in people
