I wrote this in dedication of my Mother a’h, who represented so much of what the Akeida represented for Klal Yisroel, a parent endlessly sacrificing for her child.

Although you told me a bit of your background, I never knew this incredible story of Mesirus Nefesh of yours! This is a beautiful song which brings out tremendous emotion.
