Watch: Bochurim with special needs act out President Donald Trump’s commutation of Sholom Mordechai Rubashkin and the joy that followed.
In honor of the first anniversary of Sholom Mordechai Rubashkin’s release from prison, a group of bochurim reenacted his legal troubles from the kosher meat plant in Iowa and the commutation by President Donald Trump.
The performance is played on the background of the song “Aleph Beis Gimmel” by singer Yaakov Shwekey which has Rubashkin singing the faithful motto that kept him upbeat during his prison sentence.
Produced by Liel Shalom Productions, the bochurim are part of Camp Chavivim, an Orthodox Jewish summer camp run by the Yeshiva Bonim Lamokom for individuals with special needs.
