Another snowstorm could dump between 3 and 6 inches on the Big Apple later this week, forecasters said Tuesday.

Flakes are expected to start falling Thursday morning, according to AccuWeather senior meteorologist Paul Walker.

“It’s going to come in pretty heavy initially,” Walker said. “Once the the snow gets underway, it’s going to mix with sleet.”

Current forecasts call for 3 to 6 inches in the boroughs and 6 to 12 in areas north and west of the city.

But the city could be in for more snow if the storm moves farther south.
