A baby born last week was named Yosef Shalom this afternoon after the posek hador, Rav Yosef Shalom Elyashiv zt”l.
The baby’s bris took place today in Kiryat Sefer about an hour after the petirah of Rav Elyashiv.
It is the hope of the baby’s parents that he will grow up to follow in the footsteps of Maran Rav Elyashiv and devote his life to Torah and avodas Hashem.
May we only share news of smachos.
