The Biden campaign has been quietly building a massive “election protection program,” including former Attorney General Eric Holder and hundreds of other lawyers in preparation for a legal battle in the event of a contested election.
The former vice president’s campaign told Fox News Monday that over the past several months they have created the largest election protection program in presidential campaign history, involving integrated legal, communications and political strategies for what they anticipate to be an unprecedented election.

What I would be interested in seeing is who is the one who will be submitting petitions first. As it is the Democrats who claim that there is no substantial amount of voter fraud, so i t would extremely strange and contradictory if they would be the ones who throw a complaint against any result. Even, for example, if Trump is elected by, say, California. Yeah, I know, that is very “suspicious”, but it is the Democrats who claim that there is no voter fraud, so on what basis could they submit a complaint without contradicting their own propaganda? Trump, at least, has always claimed voter fraud so at least he is being consistent with his own position if he submits a complaint.
And for those who complain that how could Trump have won in 2016 if there was cheating (by Democrats) in the 2016 election, I answer the obvious. Cheaters could lose despite having cheated – especially when they are over-confident because of their cheating and don’t pay attention to where the votes count. As example, they may have cheated mainly in already-Democrat areas where it was easy to cheat, but that made a difference only in the popular vote and not the in the Electoral College. Now they have learned their lesson obviously will put more effort into cheating in other states as well.
