The chareidi city of Bnei Brak on Sunday formally approved a decision to name a street after Sgt.-Maj. Amir Khoury, the Christian Arab police officer who was killed while apprehending a terrorist.
All parties represented in the city council supported the decision.
Khoury’s father, Jeries, said, “The decision to name a street after our son warms our hearts.”
