A student of Yeshivas Chevron Hachadasha in Ramot is demanding $15,000 compensation after police repeatedly tasered him during a demonstration last year.

The bochur’s attorney explained that the plaintiff and other students were sitting in protest in the middle of a road when a police officer tasered the plaintiff without warning. Two other policemen then pulled him to the side of the road. Seconds later, the officer tasered the plaintiff several more times as he lay helplessly.

After his release from custody, the bochur went to a hospital suffering from severe headaches, dizziness, difficulty in breathing, and pain. Doctors determined that the electric shocks raised his blood protein levels to 8,000, 60 times higher than normal, and he was hospitalized for three days.

  1. the most frightening aspect of yiddishkeit today is the extent to which our holy land of eretz yisroel is falling prey to nihiyeh k’chol hagoyim. i am an old lady and i can not remember another instance of goyim pretending to be jews, and thereby being nicshol so many yidden, with three such stories in the last couple of weeks.
