The U.S. House boss is on his way to 13 terms. House Speaker John Boehner won Ohio’s GOP primary over three opponents on Tuesday. His biggest threat in the 8th district race, J.D. Winteregg, was roundly beaten with 15 percent to Boehner’s 74 percent.
