John Bolton, former National Security Advisor, appeared on CNN’s “The Source” on Wednesday, stating that President Donald Trump “has effectively surrendered” to Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia.
Host Kaitlan Collins asked, “You’ve previously said that you believe Putin sees Trump as what you described as an easy mark. You were there for their first meeting in Helsinki. What are your expectations for this one?”
Bolton responded, “Well, I don’t have any expectations anymore. I think we know exactly what’s gonna happen. President Trump has effectively surrendered to Putin before the negotiations have even begun. The positions that Defense Secretary Hegseth announced in Brussels – which I’m sure I’d be stunned if Trump didn’t convey them directly to Putin in their phone call – constitute terms of a settlement that could’ve been written in the Kremlin. Maybe they were written in the Kremlin and got out in propaganda channels. But it’s a complete reversal of the U.S. And NATO position on a number of issues. For example, up until today, the official American position was that Ukraine should be returned to full sovereignty and territorial integrity, that’s gone. The question of NATO membership as far back as 2008 had been that ultimately Ukraine would become a NATO member, that doesn’t look like that’s around anymore either. Putin has scored a whole series of victories today.”
He also remarked, “Putin doesn’t wanna negotiate with Zelensky. He wants to negotiate with Trump because he thinks he’ll get more out of him, and he’s absolutely right.”

A military tribunal formed of three senior Marine Corps officers convicted former National Security Advisor John Bolton of treason and sentenced him to death last Friday, following a brief but heated trial at which Bolton admitted he was a globalist and had fed Trump faulty intelligence during his short stint in the administration.
Special Trial Council Rear Admiral Johnathon T. Stephens entered as evidence a national security document that Bolton had allegedly placed on Trump’s desk, the Resolute Desk in the Oval Office, on September 3, 2019, a week before Trump fired him. It was an intelligence assessment of North Korea’s nuclear capabilities and asserted that Kim Jong Un had elevated the country’s readiness status to the highest level and had 32 Hwasong-15 ICMBS fueled and ready to launch against South Korea, Hawaii, and, possibly, the Continental United States. In the threat analysis, Bolton urged Trump to preemptively strike Pyongyang massively. It was an easily disprovable fabrication.

Boltin is a true conservative. Not the Trump version, where you spend first 70 years of your life as a Democrat, and then sneak all your ideas into the GOP. Bolton is one of the most pro Israel people out there, he says it the way it is.

Mr. Bolton is an important person who deserves respect and gratitude, and is certainly entitled to his learned opinion as a long serving professional at high levels of government.
Criminals do not need our respect. Go find out why he was dealt with.
Extremely inaccurate. He’s exactly like Trump. Only his opinion matters. The reason he left Trump, during Trump 1, was because Trump didn’t follow his opinion. His entire career he was treated like royalty. Trump treated him like an opinion. All decisions belong to the President alone. That is aside for Biden. He didn’t make any decisions.

even if it’s true, maybe zelensky wants to give in to putin and give land to end the war, but its too much of a busha and bizayon, so doing it through trump is less embarrasing for him and his country

For those who have short memories, Bolton is a true conservative, which is why Trump picked him for first term. Then he made the mistake of criticizing the anointed Donald, and the Trumpers went ballistic, so now they consider Bolton to be a RINO
