A 15-year-old Connecticut high school student has been pulled out of school, reported to police, and investigated by the Department of Homeland Security for saying “ISIS” during the Pledge of Allegiance.
The boy, who was not been identified, was not charged with a crime.
Police said they do not believe he is a danger to the community, while his mother testified at a board meeting that removing him from school was irrational. Read more at CTPost.

I thought doing the pledge of allegiance was illegal. Isn’t there supposed to be separation between Church and State?
why is removing a boy who pledged allegiance to ISIS, even as a joke, “irrational”? it is a necessary precaution in case he wasn’t joking
so the next time u say ISIS well just chuck you behid bars ok a joke is a joke and nothing more also the pledge is american nothing to do with religion
