According to breaking reports, the FBI has made a breakthrough in the Channukah stabbing attack, connecting the vicious crime with the earlier stabbing attack that occurred in Monsey in November, when Mordechai Schlesinger was ambushed while walking to shul at 5:30 A.M.

While searching for clues in the case against Thomas Grafton, who stabbed and injured five people this past Motzei Shabbos, including Yosef (ben Perel) Neiman who is critically injured and another who lost a finger, the FBI discovered and impounded the car used in the November attack at body shop in Greenwood Lake.

The recovered Honda Pilot belongs to Grafton Thomas’s mother, linking the two crimes. The vehicle used in the second attack was a rental from same body shop, while the first car was stashed away.

The FBI is also in possession the machete used in the Motzei Shabbos attack and are trying to use DNA testing to connect it to the Schlesinger attack, who has already been charged on five accounts of attempted murder.

Ramapo Town Supervisor Michael Specht confirmed the connection, telling News 12 “Certainly, there was evidence that we recovered from the suspect’s car to see if there is a connection with the attack in November. Without any evidence, we can’t say that there was. On the other hand, the circumstances show there a reason to look at that in a very serious way.”

Ramapo police have yet to declare November’s stabbing a hate crime, partly because they didn’t have a suspect to help them understand a motive.

    • The mother and their religious leaders/plaster are clearly accomplices to the crime. That’s how they were so quick to defend him.
