Hint: Take a blowtorch with you when you go a park with public BBQ facilities.
I’ve used a blowtorch on my oven (and stove) for many years to kasher for Paysach. There is a lot more involved than just torching it. The process is lengthy and not all ovens, especially the newer ones can withstand a good torching.
