While on the Hill for her Attorney General confirmation hearing on Wednesday, Trump nominee Pam Bondi got into a heated exchange with Senator Alex Padilla (D-CA) while discussing the 14th Amendment.

“Now I know that earlier you agreed that Joe Biden is, in fact, president. But many of the president-elect’s inner circle continue to spread the big lie about the 2020 election,” Padilla said before Bondi hopped in.

“Senator you were speaking — may I speak?” Bondi asked as Padilla tried to pivot. “You cut me off when I was speaking.”

“When I ask you the next question you can speak and I hope you answer, Ms. Bondi,” Padilla said.

After several moments of cross-talk, Bondi said emphatically “I’m not going to be bullied by you Senator Padilla.”

Bondi also told Padilla, “I’m here to answer your questions, I’m not here to do your homework and study for you,” when she was asked about the 14th Amendment.

  1. You knew where this piece of garbage was combing from when he began his questioning with a statement about Trump being convicted of 34 felonies by a jury of his peers. I also hate it when the senator (and republicans are also guilty of this.) keeps interrupting and says “it’s a yes or no answer” NO it’s not always a yes or no answer. These types of yes or no with no reference are often gotcha questions.

  2. What a total blithering, obnoxious idiot this so-called senator is. Here’s his modus operandi: ask a question which includes insinuating statements (i.e. when did you stop beating your wife), then cut the witness off so they can not answer, leaving the accusations hanging. This buffoon and most of the democrats TOTALLY embarrassed themselves at this hearing. Thank the Al-mighty we will no longer have to suffer under their regime of total disaster, perversion and failure. A horse has more sense than this man.

  3. The don’t need to answer all their stupid question that have no basis! The leader of the Senate should take control to cut off any person who is bumbling with agenda pointed questions.
