We have just been informed by the Fallsburg Supervisor Steven Vegliante that DOT must make some emergency repairs for the next week or so on Route 42 travelling from South Fallsburg due to flooding issues. There will be intermittent closures and one lane closed for the duration of repairs near Stewarts, Old Falls Road. Please do what you can to spread the word and try to have those who are able stay away from Route 42.

One way to avoid it, from the 42 in Falsburg: Turn up towards the Yeshiva. Drive past the Yeshiva until Brickman Road. Make a left on Brickman. Then make a right onto the first road. (Slow as people walk there). At the end, make a right onto the RT 52. It will take you right into Woodbourne Rt 42.
Coming from Ellenville-Woodbourne: Right onto Rt 55. A left onto _______ (anyone remember the name of the rd?). Until the end. Go past Skopps grocery store into S. Falsburg, rt 42.
