Clinton Begins Super PAC Fundraising

The big checkbooks are being primed by Clinton 2016. Hillary Clinton will start personally wooing donors for Priorities USA Action, the super PAC that supports her campaign, according to New York Times sources.

This election will be the first time a Democratic candidate becomes so involved with an outside group capable of accepting unlimited donor funds-Obama supported the PAC during his 2012 re-election, but never appeared at fundraisers.

Clinton’s supporters are hoping the PAC can raise up to $300 million to get on the same level as the GOP, and is currently holding meetings with the donors. Read more at The New York Times.
