The Northeast is bracing for another storm after a blizzard blanketed much of the region and caused airlines to cancel more than 1,900 flights on Sunday. Blizzard conditions continue to grip the East Coast with the NWS predicting temperatures to feel like minus 20 degrees by Monday morning in Boston.

The city’s fourth major snowstorm in two weeks marked February as the Boston’s snowiest month on record, the NSW said.

Residents across the state attempted to dig out Sunday amid massive snowfall, with up to 20 inches recorded in Ipswich, Mass., outside Boston.

Blizzard warnings continue for the Northeast as a new storm is expected to spread from the Southern Plains to the Mid-Atlantic. The NWS has issued a winter weather storm watch for Washington, D.C. and the surrounding area through Tuesday. Read more at the National Weather Service.
