House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer announced that once his congressional panel concludes its investigation into President Joe Biden’s family, he anticipates submitting “between six and 10 criminal referrals” against Hunter Biden. The Kentucky Republican conveyed this information during an interview with Fox Business on Thursday night, as reported by The New York Post.

Comer highlighted that the evidence gathered might implicate Hunter Biden in violating the federal Mann Act. He praised Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s actions during an Oversight Committee hearing, where she presented evidence related to Hunter Biden. The Congressman expressed his frustration with Democrats who had previously claimed there was no evidence.

“The Democrats kept saying, ‘Oh, we don’t have any evidence. You don’t have any evidence.’ Well, [Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene] showed them evidence,” Comer said, referring to Greene’s actions during an Oversight Committee hearing Wednesday involving IRS whistleblowers who said they were blocked from pursuing their investigation about the president’s son.

Apart from potential Mann Act violations, Comer indicated that other referrals might pertain to breaches of the Foreign Agents Registration Act. He accused Hunter Biden of engaging in money laundering, racketeering, and wire fraud, among other alleged offenses.

“She showed them evidence of the president’s son committing a crime, violating the Mann Act,” Comer said. “She showed the plane tickets, she showed the pictures, she showed the evidence. You know, there’s no question he violated it. That’s another thing that he could have been charged with.”

Comer criticized the perceived leniency shown to the President’s son, contrasting it with the Democrats’ stance on racial disparities in the justice system, describing Hunter Biden as the epitome of “white privilege.”

The Congressman referenced an FBI informant’s statement, revealed by Sen. Chuck Grassley, alleging a $10 million bribery scheme involving Joe Biden and the CEO of Burisma, the Ukrainian fuel agency where Hunter Biden served on the board. Comer believed that the evidence strongly supported the notion that Joe Biden had intervened on behalf of the CEO, but he also acknowledged the complexity of tracing the money trail due to intricate bank transfers.

According to Comer, his committee’s investigations in Romania and China had revealed a pattern where Hunter Biden would exploit his connections to obtain favorable policies and benefits for foreign entities in exchange for financial remuneration.

“He was money laundering,” the congressman said. “He was racketeering. He committed wire fraud. He violated the Mann Act. The list goes on and on and on.” However, he said that the president’s son “gets a slap on the wrist” while Democrats want to say “the two-tier system of justice is racist in America … Hunter Biden is the ultimate white privilege guy here.”

Comer expressed his confidence in the evidence gathered and believed it provided compelling support for various criminal referrals against Hunter Biden, emphasizing the alleged wrongdoing and questionable activities surrounding the President’s son.
