The many motorists heading to the Catskills today should note that on Heiden Road, off of Exit 107 of Route 17, until Route 42, has been turned into a construction zone and the speed limit has been reduced to 35 mph. (No construction is visible.)Motorists should be aware of this zone to give themselves extra time or to avoid that route.
